Phill Forostenko is an accredited Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Physiotherapist and also a member of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia group and the Sports Physiotherapy Australia group through the APA.
Phill holds a masters degree in physiotherapy as well as a bachelor degree in Sports Science and a bachelor degree in Exercise Science.
Phill has a keen interest in sporting injuries having himself competed at both a national and international level in hockey. Phill’s sporting background and education in exercise and sports science, allow Phill to provide quality exercise prescription to patients.
Phill also has a strong interest in the treatment of workplace related injuries, which are often in the form of back, shoulder and neck pain. Phill’s focus is to not only directly treat the injury, but to also work with the patient to develop appropriate strategies and exercises to help prevent reoccurrence of these injuries.
Physiotherapist
Cameron is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and has completed a Bachelor of Human Movement as well as a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Cameron has practiced as a physiotherapist in Australia as well as New Zealand, and has been resident physiotherapist for the Michelton Football Club, where he dealt with a variety of sporting injuries. Cameron has a strong sporting interest and continues to play rugby and cricket and regularly participate in marathons.
Cameron was also previously a wellness consultant in New Zealand where he worked with other allied health professionals to provide a holistic approach to injury treatment and prevention. Cameron has developed a strong background in the treatment of workplace injuries and the development of ergonomic strategies and postural techniques aimed at injury prevention.
