Simply enter from either Queen or Edward Streets into Tattersall's Arcade (boutique shops) and come through the club entrance past the concierge and take lift to level 5.

Queen Street Physiotherapy is conveniently located adjacent to the Tattersall's Club Gym and has ready access to Tattersall's 25 metre heated indoor swimming pool for rehabilitation purposes. These facilities can be utilised in treatment of Queen Street Physiotherapy patients and we are the only city physiotherapy practice to have access to a swimming pool for water based treatment and rehabilitation purposes.

Convenient gym access means patients of Queen Street Physiotherapy also benefit from being able to have the practitioner demonstrate the use of any gym equipment prescribed in an exercise program. This avoids unnecessary injury from the incorrect use of gym equipment.

This ensures no more searching for lost or misplaced patient charts or files. Written notes are replaced by using the computerised clinical notes solution. The specialised program allows the physiotherapist to record all aspects of the treatment session in a fraction of the time it would normally take. This allows more time to be spent on providing actual physiotherapy treatment, rather than spending the majority of the session talking.

Queen Street physiotherapy has HICAPS (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service). It is an electronic health claiming and payment system that allows you to process your claim automatically after your treatment and before you leave the practice. HICAPS makes it so you don't have to make a separate trip to your private health fund branch to lodge your claim or send your claim via the post. The claim is finalised on the spot immediately after your consultation. So there is no need to pay the full consultation fee up-front then wait for the reimbursement of your benefit. After your consultation, your health fund card is swiped through the HICAPS terminal by the receptionist. Once your claim is authorised by the health fund, you simply pay the balance amount - the difference between the full fee for the treatment and the amount claimed from your health fund. At Queen Street Physiotherapy we have also installed EFTPOS, allowing you to pay the balance with your debit or credit card. There is no more paperwork and no wasted time!
